I had dealings with Century 21 Bowen from around 2010 till 2014 as a landlord. My rent was constantly late coming into my account end of month, when I questioned this no one could tell me whether it had gone in or not. When I gave my 3 month notice to leave and change agencies I was told "if you leave the tenant will also leave as they only want to deal with us" - of course this didn't happen when I left. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would but its not an option. Sincerely Rian Garland
Maintenance very / very slow to respond
I have been renting with Century 21 Bowen since October 2017 Its is now June 2018 and I have been residing on my property without a functional gas stove this entire time. With multiple requests for this to be fixed and having completed the complete RTA process i am beyond over this issue. Everytime I call i get excuses. Absolutely disgusting. The WORST real estate i have ever rented through.
