From our welcoming letter we have completely enjoyed or 3 day stay at this foreshore located group of 6 apartments.very nicely presented with off street shade covered individual car park in front of each apartment.The ground level apartment is light, airy and very nicely appointed .The spacious exceptionally clean a fresh kitchen living area includes good cupboard and storage space, micro, oven, refrigerator. In the living area there is nice wide screen TV with Foxtel.A tropical style cane cushioned 2 seater settee, 2 chairs and coffee table with drawers plus a round table and 4 chairs gives plenty seating options.The separate carpeted bedroom is large with good quality furniture and a very comfortable bed.There is an adjoining ensuite with toilet and shower.Stylistic artwork adorns 3 walls.Airconditioning.. ceiling fans and sliding secure windows provide ample ventilation for this tropical environment.Outside there is a large garden with swimming pool, covered gazebo complete high quality bar-b q and kitchen facilities.In summary, a great beach side location with good walks with easy car access to main shopping street.
Clean and affordable
Palm View Holiday Apartments is a hidden gem in Bowen Queensland. The apartment is fully self contained with all the items required to prepare meals. Foxtel with all the channels, clean fresh linen, no dust or perfumed air fresheners, a bonus for this asthmatic. The location is close to the beach, nature walks, the Sunday markets and shops. The booking process and arrangements for arrival proceeded seamlessly, accommodating all our requests. Having a hearing and vision impaired elderly family member, we appreciated that the owners were friendly and genuine in their offers to assist with any requests to ensure our needs and special requirements were met.
Our stay at the Palm View Apartments, has been very enjoyable. The friendliness of the owners was wonderful. They could not do enough for you. The cleanliness of the the apartment was superb. We were only here for, four days but will definitely stay longer next time we are up this way. Angelina and Gnther
