Very friendly Staff and a very good Gym. The Gym isnt that big but there really is everything you need! On top of that there are some really good machines, which I never saw like this before.

Love Ampd fitness, always clean, great range of equipment and the classes are always epic. Brendan is totally accommodating, easy going and knowledgeable and has helped me heaps on my goals. Definitely recommend.
