So today we went into this electrical store to purchase a pet vacuum cleaner and air conditioner so approx spend $1000 biut walked out empty handed out of the 4 staff not one could be bothered coming to assist us with our questions each staff member made eye contact but then just went back to do whatever they were doing there was no wont be a moment comment or even a good morning very poor serviceService here use to be 5 star the staff were amazing but on this visit we were disappointed at there lack of motivation we wont be back we will head to Airlie beach and purchase our products hopefully there
