Wish we had never used this mob. Got taken advantage of with overpriced shoddy work that we are now paying again to have done properly elsewhere. Rude and arrogant staff. Avoid at all costs! Wish I had read Emma Fischers review beforehand as our circumstances are identical. The RACQ don't care.
Had my car in for over four weeks paid excessive amount of money to get my car out and still have the same problem took my car to another place who took 5 mins to figure out it was my battery replaced it and my car hasn't played up since . Excellence in automotive will not be my recommendation for mechanical repairs.

My car was towed here two weeks ago. Because our car was going to be dumped, my friend and I wanted to borrow their tool to take off our battery. But suprisingly, the staff, which is a woman and a man were so unfriendly that she just said "for what?" then they left us. The service was terrible and I'd recommend not to use this company.
Worst mechanical experience ever. Avoid this place at all costs. Had my van towed here after it broke down on the highway by RACQ. Took them 2 months to tell me that the original issue they diagnosed was actually not the problem after all. Charged me almost $600 and my van is no closer to being fixed then when it first arrived. Terrible communication, I called every week and was consistently told it would be looked at in a few more days, they were busy etc. I took this further with RACQ and made a complaint so hopefully this will not continue happening to other customers. I would highly recommend paying the extra money and having your car towed/ taken to another mechanic rather than using this business.
