Really disappointing to say the least. People were friendly and service was great with a wonderful variety of menu items. Order incorrect initially and went back in from the carpark to rectify. Was fixed and we waited for new fish. Eventually took our takeaway back to hotel to find the children's Crumbed sausages weren't in there at all (too far to drive back and wait again) AND the chips were burnt . Coral trout was tasteless also.
Friendly service, beautiful fresh seafood & a cozy indoor/outdoor area to dine with a view of the harbour.
The calamari was the best! Hot and perfectly cooked! Chips with chicken salt was yummy too. And not to forget...the red emperor fish was the bomb! Good value for money too!
BE WARY! Be Careful what you order. We purchased whiting fillets to cook ourselves. The skin was not a problem but all the scales were! Returned the next day to advise operators of issue only to be hit with the I dont care attitude! When asked what do you do when customers order it fried etc. .... Just cook it was the response. Would NOT recommend this place for fresh fish or fish & chips.
